We like to use web 2.0 blogs for our buffers. They are easy to set-up, can take quite a bit of “link heat” and allow for a lot of customization while keeping on-page factors in mind.

 

In all of our years that we have been providing our SEO services, we only had a handful of our manually built buffer properties deleted. This goes to show: Quality sticks! The results are usually a bit delayed compared to directly pointing the links at your website and the effects are a bit diluted. However, this approach will keep your website fairly safe from future updates and you can still reap all the benefits of our incredibly powerful performance links.

Buffer Options (Web 2.0)

If you wish to play it safe and keep your tier 1 link layer contextual (i.e. add contextual relevance), then we recommend to use the so-called “buffer” option in between your website and our high performance links.

 

You can choose between 5 or 10 manually crafted Web 2.0 links for your buffer sites. These Web 2.0 links will have a unique article each with a link back to your site. We will update these web 2.0 blogs every month with new unique content so they continue to gain authority over time. You remain in full control of these properties, even if you cancel the subscription.

 

These buffer sites work as a contextual safety layer and keep your site as safe as possible from possible algorithm updates by Google.

The Web 2.0 buffer option also includes full login details to the blogs. In addition you will receive a free SurferSEO (for your main keyword) report that can give you insights into your site’s content and on-page optimization.
